2 player mode

Hi. I have question. When i enter to the game, there is only 1 player active, second is innactive, i have two gamepad's in ps2. Original and usual white gamepad (i hace black ps2 slim)...
PLZ help

press start or something with the second controller. i had same problem and we just kept tinkerin around till it showed up. or connect it before you turn on ur ps2

oke. I press start for several times but nothing, i tried to connect joy before turning on ps2 and after but nothing...
