NBA 2K3 Discussion

I just replayed this game today, and I had a lot of fun.. the gameplay was more realistic in my opinion. I don't know, maybe it was the feeling of nostalgia

to the guy asking about the sweat feature: it seemed like there was sweat in this game, or maybe it was just Shaq's shiny head?

The oldest 2K game I played was 2K4 and yes that's the game with the sweat feature.I wanted to play that game but I can't find a copy of it though

I think its the last game between Sega and 2K.

2k5 was the last. i remember.

2K4 was the last instalment developed by SEGA

I thought is was 2K3 maybe I was wrong and it was called ESPN NBA basketball I believed.

I thought the first 2k sports NBA game is 2k4...

But, I'm not playing NBA game in that time because I just started playing 2k sports, year 2007.

Sweat feature, I saw something that 2k9 has that but in other consoles(PS3, XBOX 360).

Sweat feature is poor in next-gen consoles.
The sweat looks like its raining.
Theres like 10 drips pouring down the players forehead every second.
Unrealistic.

The first NBA 2K installment to be developed by 2K Sports was NBA 2K6.
That's when the logo changed.
I wonder why SEGA gave up. Did they sell it to take-two?

Sega sold the NBA 2K series along with visual concepts to Take-Two back in 05. I don't know why though..

Yeah!

I bought Live 2005 as well during that time.
It sucked... that's when EA Sports lost all their business to 2K.

I think it was 2006 that nailed EA's Coffin, I played 2K5 but not much.
