-adjustable player minutes in association
-no more:
-dunk misses and it still counts
-pass to teammates who scores after 48 years that counts as an assist
-bounce pass hits opponents foot and "its their F*** ball
-cpu shot contested WELL, hits bootom of the net (especially from 3)
-hop-step or spin followed by baseline dunk that uses another two steps that get away from a travelling call
-"shooting one" when its Shooting two or whatsoever
-"quick pick and roll" that isnt that quick etc... i mean what is my teammate doing walking around for like 5 seconds just to establish a PICK?


-BRAWL feature. that's a good idea... or technical fouls to say the least... player gets ejected or suspended for giving the finger to a ref. hehehe pain in the a** in the association mode.
it's adding colors to a game like when two players collide two or three times they're gonna react. as they collide and get tangled again the situation heats up. new stat to rate: temper. Dennis Rodman would be 75.

-players face updates, better commentaries, realistic jumpball chances in HOF, like when you're yao and the other is kurt thomas he's still more likely to beat you,

-fix 3 second violation. players can literally lay eggs on the lane without a call

-"icon" dual player: no more cycling around teammates. you can choose the second player directly the way you use your icon pass by holding the L2 button.

-SEcondary positions.

-they also have this relative minutes played system where for example a player averages 20 mins a game and you're playing 10 mins per quarter, his mins will be 24. its because they compute actual minutes played in proportion to the real nba setup which is 12 minutes per quarter. the problem is, if a player scores 20 points per game, it won't show 24 on his average. it's not parallel right? So my idea is like this, we should see the actual averages which is how you play your player, and there should also be the "proportional stats". like this:


player: actual mins :20 p.mins :24 actual points : 20 p. points :24


assuming you play ten minutes per quarter...

Now that there's no roster update, I just hope they would release this game for PS2 with fixed lay-up glitch.

Fix the "Dunk Madness" (This thing bothers me a lot, Almost every player could do ANY types of dunk ANYWHERE on the floor -.-)

A much better Menu System (It's year 2k9 WTH !!!)

Better Graphics (Cheerleaders Looked Ridiculous !!!)

Fixed Pick & Roll (Takes too much time !!!)

And

Usable (When Offline) Online Roster Update

1) fix the impossible-to-guard 3 point shot
2) poor lay up percentage
3) acknowledge hands in face defense (see number 1)
4) improve in-paint , low-post, and refer to number 3 defense
5) some players can change their shots with ease...give them that in the game

Online rosters are already usable offline pinoyz...
Just check the Online Desk on the online menu and head into downloads section.

Although it is empty for NBA 2K9.
only roster update available is August 8th.

i want these for 2k10 xD
1)fixed lay up
2)dunk ratings n types(some players tat dnt usually dunk dunk lyke crazy in the game n some players do dunks tat they dnt do or cnt do)
3)improved dfs controls n dfs pressure affects shots more for the cpu
4)improved AI on the player controlled team on both ofs n dfs(the cpu controlled teamates always sometimes get stuck n they dnt run for fastbreak ponts n in dfs they keep leaving post players open)
5)fixed baseline shots(it seems close to impossible to shoot a short baseline jumper after dribbling or after catching the ball n turning arnd)
6)passing, some psses seems easily picked off by the opponents n when i try to pass out of the double team to an open player it hits a body n gets stolen)
7)tip off, i prefer having tip off based on timing n player's height
8)more realistic style of play(less arcade n better default sliders)
9)more control over wat moves(shots, dunks, lay ups n crossovers) to use
10)reaction time after a shot or contesting a shot is horribly slower than the cpu's n rebounding definitely nid to improve
11)ball sometimes bounce off players uneccesarily n sometimes ur player doesnt pick up the ball when its ryte in front of them
i knw they cnt possibly fix all of em i hope they at least try n improve most of em

Meh, I wish 2k teams up with EA. now that will be a hell of a game. NBA Live 2K10, yep, that would be selling, FAST. I want...
Better AI with better sliders.
Mix the EA graphix with 2k Graphix
Use sweat alpha layers for skin.
Have EA way of CAP(Changeable Charactersitics, Jersey Number, etc.)
EA's music(They have good taste ^^)
Use both 2k's Dunk and 3 pt shoot (like in PC Version) and EA's dunk and shoot (Those are 4 differnt modes)
And last and the most important...
ROSTER UPDATES AT LEAST EVERY 2 WEEKS!!!(Like in 360 and PS3)(Not so much on PC)
But, this is my imagination, and 99.99999999% of my gut says it will never happen. T_T

my wishes are:

change jersey number not only in association mode
editable signature shots,dunks and free throws (LIKE iN PS3,XBOX and PC)
fights (more realistic)
technical fouls (if the player argue to the referees call)
top 5 videos or top 10... (it will be more realistic)
and the last but not the least the THUNDER

Oh I remember!

Please get back the style of 2k8 while in loading... you know, you'll see their standings on their last season...

And get back Craig Saiger and the player match-ups!

Now that the game will come out for the Wii and PSP we have higher chances seeing this game on the PS2 since all 3 would have similar engines. I just hope we will see some improvements this year and perhaps the new living rosters advance will cover all platforms. Also it increases the chance of fine tuning the game and fixing the glitches. And the presentation might be improved too.

make it cherry miller(is that name ryt?hehe) not craig sager for a change, since she is now the one in the sideline for 2k9 in pc,ps3 and xbox.

I want also in 2k10 to have a top 5 plays after a game, I saw it in a PS3...

I think those can only be done in systems that has a hard disk drive for those kind of things requires lot of memor, I read somewhere that if your 360 has no hard drive they will only pu images instead of the atual replays during half time like in PS2. Well we still got instant replay though.

It Should Have The Hall Of Fame Thing Like Madden Make Your Rookie And Get Him Ready For The NBA

I bet the graphics is the reason why 2k sports not upgrading much... They're not focusing on gameplay in PS2...

I got a feeling we will be receiving the same game with updated rosters only but considering they will release this game in 2 other platforms (Wii and PSP) which is similarl to the PS2's engine I wont be surprised if they actually put some work to it and fix or add somethings along the way. I just hope they make it more sim like in 2K7.

The game has a 60% chance of improving.

They will make the Wii game good as and turn it into a PS2 port.

I'd like:
Improved CAP creator (new faces, more hair, color hair yourself, select age yourself)
Improved Player editor (JERSEY NUMBERS, have the option to make arm bands white for home, black for away instead of team colors home and away)
Better crowd/ arena noise/ arena music
Updated player models/faces
Be able to see numbers on player's jerseys ingame from farther distance
Better camera position (like 2k9 ps3)
More commentator dialogue
Better scorebar (looks crappy in 2k9 ps2)
Improved main menu
All players in the game
Option to trade multiple players in the edit roster section in the main menu
Make the graphics look good from a distance (in game) and not just look good when you zoom in
OKC Thunder
More signature shots
Have your CAP's face appear when u put him on a roster instead of just being a blackened out face.

Let's won't hope that much! To make it more posibly realistic for 2Ksports, just update the team rosters, put the thunder in there in place of sonics and please minimize the imposible dunks or at least add in a more realistic play mode! (Ray Allen dunks from free throw line among others, that's very unbelievable, you know. Oberto can't dunk but fisher can, very unimaginable...please 2Ksports just for the last time give us our moneys worth, we love your game!)

im sure that 2k sports will change the sonics to oklahoma.. common they are not that dumb. sonics is gone. they are now the thunder. so surely they will make the adjustment without our consent. haha
