ps. Next gen is just (if not) more fake then ps2 and has layups that will ALWAYS freeze when u try to pass em, if you dont it will more likely miss or go outta bounce.
Think 4th quater (lose lose situation.) I have all nxt gen 2ks/lives they not that good and do to much moves u cant control

But also in PS2, they have UNBELIEVABLE dunks!

yeah Mcgrady and Wafer can glide from just inside the 3-point line and sometimes they don't even need to gather, they just catch and dunk.

have you ever witnessed Lebrn and Kobe on ps3? you cant block their dunks. for some reason their the best dunkers in the game dunks in general just slides thru pple the new defense is wack.

they have moves that ALWAYS make the defender turn around and open the lane. no matter what defender you have if they do that move your asked out. least on ps2 if you hit the guy you can stop him from sliding thru.

When I play, Vince carter splits through my double team, knocks over people and dunks through their bodies and I get no foul. Just yesterday, I doubled vince carter on the 3point line, and he walked straight through my player to break the double. I only blocked his and dwight howard's dunk once with joel anthony. my cousin told me that the ps3 version sucks though and if you play as kobe on ps2, you'll see that the same rules apply. When you do a crossover with kobe, it's like an invisible forcefield comes around him and you can't stop it.

AFAIK, computer won't defend you beyond three point line so you can have easy shot...

dont what Afaik is but doesnt ( Defensive lagging slidder *dont remember name* control how close far cpu defends you?


also ps3 live/2k on ball defensive stance is cpu controlled for the most part. Rather live and die by my own D, but HOW can they decide which way (you) the defender is going to go? Ps3 graphics >>>>> ps2. Ps2 gameplay >= Ps3 because you can move on your own on ps2. watch these youtube related/user vids for other ps3 flaws in my edit thread.

I played the PS3 version 2 times, somethings you can do in PS2 is hard to in PS3, like the Unbalance shot(I mean when you shot while moving), and controls is kinda confusing...

yeh ps3 you gotto move the analog to the side of your player while moving sideways to lean. I dont like ps3 that much because on offense its a cheap feeling like *you know if i just do this move ill get by any player*. Double teams are wose on ps3 aswell one pass and the defenders get stuck in the animation for a good 3 secs.

O well im liking ps2 so far, only thing I hate, hate the most Centers that cant shoot taking clutch 3s every now and then any advise on this? I turned their 3 tends to 0.

Usually when I play with my friend he takes the Rockets and can dunk easily with T-Mac I hate it.

I don't use T-Mac for dunking... He's my 3 point shooter in my association...

And he's in 1st in MVP awards... With... 48.2(He made 81 points in a game) PPG, 2.8 RPG, 12.1 APG, 7.3 SPG...

More than 5 consecutive player of the week, and he made 3 consecutive triple-double...
