Who do you think deserves MVP this year?
Who do you think has been hot so far this season?

Discuss.

So far- I'm all for Kobe as the MVP this season (if he plays as a team) but Chris and Lebron will be up there. I am gonna predict Dwight Howard will take it soon but not this year yet

There are 6 players that are tightly battling for MVP right now.

1.Kobe Bryant - won MVP last season.. has been dominating games right now. Will he claim the MVP award again this season?
2.LeBron James - Wasn't far behind Kobe last season but so far this season he hasn't been performing so well as Kobe and Paul but still he's in the running for it.
3. Chris Paul - NBA's best PG.. averaged a double-double stat last year.
With Tyson Chandler and Peja Stojakavic injured... will he still be able to get as many assists as last season? He's also up there with Kobe.
4. Kevin Garnett- was pretty close with the above 3 last year but then I don't know what's happened so far this season. I haven't watched many Celtics games but from what I've read he hasn't been playing as well for his team as he was last season.
5.Dwight Howard- The 7 ft center that won the dunk contest last year. Although he's 7ft this center dunks it like crazy in the paint!.
He's been pretty underated lately.. Hopefully his stats will get back on track. I'm not sure if he is the best center in the league but it's between him and Yao.
6.Dwyane Wade- It's been 3 seasons since this 6 ft 5 SG won the championship with Shaq. Since then he's fallen because of his injury.
This guard still has it within him even though he has 2 other good players on his team: The matrix and Beasley. He might just begin to dominate again this year with the 2nd pick of this year's nba draft.

I'm hoping for T-Mac!

But it seems Kobe or Lebron will be battling in the MVP awards.
