are the cpu use this feature???



hell yeah i mean if not then its really a disadvantage for them since eveery month we do this stuff..

The players of the cpu has potential...

Higher the potential and greater Coach, you will see every month/season they improve...

EX:

Dwight howard's stats on November

94

Dwight's stats on January

100

Just look for the rookies' stats that have low potential, wait for a month to finish, and look again to their stats, and if the overall is increase that's the proof they are doing development.
